My faith, and why I share it
I believe the gospel of Jesus Christ as taught by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I see the mission of my life to live in harmony with the teachings of the gospel as well as I possibly can and to share it in any way that I can. I believe this will be a source of true and eternal joy.
I seek to do good - to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with my Father in Heaven.
I seek to be a peacemaker.
I seek for help from Jesus Christ and my Heavenly Father in everything I do.
I seek the wisdom, teachings, service opportunities, community, and temple ordinances and blessings The Church of Jesus Christ offers me.
I seek to do my best to remember and to try to be like Jesus.
A lot of what you find online is paid for by the organization looking for recruits or product sales. This is different: these are the real experiences of an average, everyday member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints who decided to write without any other compensation or motive than to be helpful. I hope it hits you that way — the personal experience of one ordinary guy who feels very fortunate that his life intersected with the restored Church of Jesus Christ.
If you found this helpful, drop me a note.
Sincerely, Nate
